hi to all, im in need of some advice of when i should start to bottle up my lager and how should i bottle it??? should i use co2 or can i just syphen it straight in to the bottles?? cheers steve  :D

u bottle lager when first fermentation has finish i usualy find this is 7 days.
b4 filling bottles place 1 tea spoon of sugar in each bottle this will start 2nd fermentation & produce the co2 gases.
bottles should be ready to drink 2/3 weeks
