hi all, well spent today on my new half plot (well shared plot 1/2 each).
I'm officially knackered afer moving loads of wood, bricks, fleeces bushes etc
But so happy as it is not a boggy rice field like my last one was
So planted some rhubarb, tawberry, raspberry and bilberry plants today. Acquired a shared open compost bin filled to the brim with horse manure courtsey of my plot neighbour.
Quick question, how deep do dock leaves root stocks go as i have loads of them.
Thanks
Kez

Good for you Kez! Sounds like you had a busy day :D
Dock tap roots go down to australia >:(
No they arent that bad but they feel like it sometimes! Largest Ive found is about 1and a 1/2ft I think. Make sure you get the lot and then it cant grow back from anything left. I love getting full docks out and then flinging them on the fire...its very satisfying
