Feeding quince trees
« on: September 03, 2013, 11:37 »
A friend of mine has got a quince tree which is fruiting profusely for the first time in 40 years (now that's what I call dedication!).

He can't find any information about whether it's a good idea to feed them at this time of year for any reason and, if so, with what (I assume to set the tree up for a good year next year).

Any ideas?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Feb/March according to the RHS:

Mine's only just gone in the ground from its pot.
