For all of you who like to show off your gardening skill please grow a sunflower this year to support awareness of Centronuclear and Myotubular Myopathy.
 
Its free and they will even supply the seeds if needed but im sure we can all get our own to save them the bother here is there web address  to there page.

Nice idea Stuart, thanks for sharing.  The children got a pack of sunflower seeds for their birthdays from a friend of mine, so it will be a great thing to join in.
