Word of advise - met check is not the most accurate site I've seen :D

If you do use it please use the technical data and not look at the pictures of clouds and rain. 1mm of rain = clear sunny sky? How's that work again?

I trust Metcheck and have always found them accurate for us for the 24hour forcast. For us 1mm or less of rain = low cloud or mist. I only use the pictures for an at a glance look but use all the written data especially wind (it is always windy here  :( ).

Grass temp at our local weather station hit 0C last night. I've nothing outside that would have suffered.

Anyone get a frost?
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Never mind about the cold...
Is anyone else worried that this glorious Spring weather is exactly the same type and timing as has happened last year and the year before....to be followed both times by miserable cold wet summers???
If we get a third dodo summer Im seriously considering upping sticks to Spain
Time is natures way of stopping everything happening at once

because it is my son's berfday soon i tend to notice the weather (outside parties/inside parties?) since he was little ...he's now 30
I can safely report that it is often in the twenties in April.........and not a necessary precursor to a cold /wet summer ( or hot/dry dry one come to that). Anything can happen from now on..who knows ::)

Anyone get any frost this morning?
It was pretty chilly last night - I wasn't up early enough to see if there was any frost but it must've been touch and go
Metcheck said 2C as well.... worried about my spuds as I didn't cover them.
If at first you don't succeed..... cheat!

No frost here, as far as I know.
Beans still looking perky anyway, & haven't fleeced them.
Since we had a hard winter, I'm expecting a blazing summer - that seems to be the pattern.

how long would it take for damage to show if certain plants did catch a bit of unnoticed frost
