Last December I bought few raspberry canes in pots (autumn ones).
Sadly I somehow did not pay attention that these were canes (dont ask me why..)  and I planted them all together.

Now after 3 months, what is the best solution.. Shall I leave them alone and see if anything grows or shall i dig them out and plant the canes all over again??

Each individual cane needs room to grow into a separate plant - they should be OK to move now (they won't have done much in the last 3 months.)

When you re-plant them add some Bonemeal to the planting hole.

The fibrous root system will be tangled because you have crowded them in pots. Tip the pot out and tease the roots apart as best you can. You may see small white buds on the roots. These will grow and become the shoots that will bear your crop. You may have to snip some of the roots to separate the plants, but do be careful about the buds.
Prepare a trench with compost and fertilizer as suggested and replant about a foot/18" apart and water well. Cut off all the stems above ground. Take some time with the preparation. They do not like waterlogged soil. They are a shallow rooting plant and need regular watering. mmm homemade raspberry ripple ice cream.

If you soak them in a bucket and then wash the soil off - it will be easier to separate the individual canes

 Hoping the weather is better tomorrow so i can go to the allotment and start fixing the mess I did few months ago.

"Migration" done and finished.
Many thanks for the advice.
 Most canes have white buds up to 4-5cm long.
Replanted the ones who had buds since I was running out of space.

Shall I cut the main cane to 5-10 cm?

Will the move have an impact on these white buds?

There were 1-2 worms near the roots of the canes. Could this be an issue?
