Yesterday I noticed a cobweb which looked like it had a lots of dead flies caught up in it. Today the 'dead flies' have gone and I have 100's of baby spiders all over my greenhouse! I have just hosed them down but within a few minutes they are crawling back up the greenhouse walls.
I hate spiders, I now cant go in there .. how can I get rid of them?!!?  :(

Just tried to take a photo of my new pets but my camera wont zoom in for a detailed shot. However they are yellow with a black bum. good or bad because right at this moment they are all over my peppers, tomatoes, chillies, pumpkin seedlings .... just got my husband to save my strawberries as they were the closet to the door!!

I know they are good but I just cant handle that many spiders, good or bad.  I am fine with the odd one or two (their mum was fine in the corner, til she laid her eggs!).

Washing them away isnt working so I am gonna try and sweep them out; just need to get a hair net first, just the thought of all these little spiders in my hair .....  :(
They have taken up residents on the ceiling ....

I promise I wont get a Deadfast Sulphur Candle unless they cant be convinced to leave.

they are garden spiders, they should disperse, but it might take a while, I had a nest in my greenhouse so I used a dustpan and brush to collect them and put them outside

I usually get these each year. They are rather pretty little golden creatures. Try to get over  your phobia, as they cannot hurt you. They will probably eat each other so there will not be many around soon. I often get them in my hair and put them back on a plant.
I am spider phobic myself, but these tiny ones do not worry me.

I also have an infestation of tiny yellow and black spiders in my glasshouse and thanks to this site I have learned that they are "The Good Guy's" as I hate using poision's.  :nowink:

So now I will allow them to stay as they are sure to eat any of "The Bad Guy's" in my glasshouse  :D

Thanks   ;)
