You could try these. Some of them might even be able to supply it loose by dump trailer, if you need more than 3 tonnes, which would be even more economical.

If you want to be even more frugal try building developments/landscaping projects etc. People around here can't get rid of it quick enough. Won't be as fine a grade but it's perfectly good as a base and depending on the size of your beds could save you a fortune
