Electric Pressure Canner
« on: September 21, 2023, 23:00 »
I’ve recently seen an electrical pressure canner that can be used in the UK. It’s expensive but I’m wondering if it’s worth it as I just have so much produce to try to process and store. Does anyone have experience of using these and are they worth it please?

I use a little Power pressure xl to pressure can, it only takes 3 or 4 glass jars. It has a canning button on it, not many do. I got it off a social media sites selling pages for about £20, it was my 2nd one from there (well actually my 3rd, but I fetched another for someone on a pressure canning group I’m on on the same social media site that couldn’t get one, &I posted it to her :) )
