Test Match Special are replaying last summer's Headingley Test from tomorrow until Saturday , apparently some chap called Stokes was quite good. ;) ;)

And YouTube has superb films of other great matches, especially the Willis/Botham Ashes test, which I'm afraid to admit that I watch quite a few times, as it is so uplifting, and decidedly British!

England were bowled out for 67 , Denly only one to get to double figures scoring 12!!  After the Aussies first innings of 179.

Following favourable listener figures  and a lot of requests TMS have announced further cricket broadcasts. 

This raises the prospect of cricket on the radio in the mists of a down poor! :D :D

2017 Women's World Cup final - England v India (11:00-19:00 BST)

Thursday 7-Sunday 10 May

2005 Edgbaston Ashes Test (10:30-19:00 BST)

Saturday 16 May

2010 T20 World Cup final - England v Australia (time tbc)

Monday 17-Sunday 31 May

Every game of the men's 2019 World Cup success (times tbc)

Further games in June will be announced in due course. All commentaries are subject to change.
