It's been lovely here but everything is as dry as a bone and no significant rain forecast until Wednesday - if we're lucky.

Yesterday we had RAIN. Not a proper deluge but my laundry is wet and may we have some more.

I've developed an unhealthy obsession over the past few days for watching the live rain radar showing rain to the north, west, east, and (especially this morning) the south of here.

Not a drop here since 18 April (1mm) to 'add' to the 1.2mm about 5 weeks ago! 

Hope tomorrow's forecast of heavy rain turns out to be accurate...
