Yesterday's weather front did manage to stagger far enough north to bestow a rather paltry 2mm - today's has just passed through and squeezed out 4.2mm. Mustn't grumble I suppose...

Chlorine will evaporate off in 24 hours but I think your blueberries might dislike the pH of the water. Welsh Water publishes their pH and quality so you may find more info out online for your area.

We had some rain yesterday and lots more promised for today 5.30am it must have been drizzling - a very wet cat came and cuddled me in the hope of an early breakfast.

Rain overnight, and more forecast for now and later this pm.    The wind is unpleasant WSW.   Have taken 2 newly planted tall plant stands back into greenhouse.   I think the wind will rip the newbies out.

Rain on and off today, we got caught in a hailstorm on our walk earlier. The sprog thought it was hilarious, right up until a good size bit of hail went down the back of his neck

Rather cloudy with a few spots of rain but no wind whatsoever which is unusual for here.

It was wet first thing and quite cool, then the sun came out and it was lovely and warm.
Just heard a rumble of thunder, so quickly collected my book and empty cup and dashed back inside as the sky opened.

Beautiful sunny morning, really warm in the sun and then at 1pm heavy showers followed by hail.  You could see how warm it was this morning by the steam coming off the tarmac (during the shower).  Unfortunately the rain followed us all the way from one side of the Island to our house on the other.

Brief shower this morning (0.6mm!  ) - nothing since.

Looks like it settles down again after today - have pretty much missed the boat this week (never mind the ark!  )
