Last night was was smoked salmon and pea risotto, tonight is fish, chips and mushy peas.

Fish in lemon/pepper breadcrumbs with peas and mash, salad bits on the side.

Scampi, chips and peas.   The scampi was on special in the shop on our way home so changed my mind from the original battered cod.

Baked trout on Boulanger potatoes,peas,carrots,broccoli.

H/M  Madras curry with all the bits and pieces

Chicken breast with Cajun spice coating, coleslaw, tomatoes and a small jacket potato.

Basa fillets steamed with ginger, garlic and spring onion, plus stir fry of enoki and shimeji mushrooms with an oriental green of some sort (went to the local Chinese supermarket, so exact ID unknown) and rice.

Lamb shanks (boil in the bag shop bought ones), ready made mash and I may make a huge effort and cut some broccoli up and cook that.

CBA fairy is in town, but I am hungry

Last of the weekend ham joint cooked with potatoes, onions and swede in a hash with sliced tomatoes.
