welcome to the forum
do chickens suffer from heatstroke?
-
Hi welcome to the forum, I wondering about heatstroke too, one of mine collapsed last year and I watered her with the watering can a couple of times ( under her wings as well as over her) and she picked up quite quickly and was fine again next day. So possibly they do suffer from the heat.

Chickens will suffer with heat stroke above 24 deg.C I think. Cool them down as Richy did and make sure thy have shade and ventillation.

 Bad luck, very sad, perhaps she had another problem besides the heat

Bad luck, can you erect some kind of shading for the others? it might help prevent it.
