Hey

Can the runner bean seeds be eaten?? If so, i am guessing they can also be frozen? SAme way as runners themselves?

Strange you should mention it, my grandfather got the MBE for his long service there and in the War Ministry, and my uncle worked there all his working life.  I'm the generation that escaped  :shock:
