feather pecking

One of my hens is being really cruel to her feathered mates. I thought it was moult but now i can see that the big hen is pecking the other 2 and eating their feathers, they scwalk and run away from her, no wonder they are not laying?

there are lots of posts on this subject so do have a browse in the Hen House for solutions. Sorry to hear about your problems with the girls

I recall that Too Many Girls (TMG) had a hen which was bullied very badly and there is quite a lot of discussion about it, so that would be a really good place to start reading

I do actually have some plastic chicken specs that are designed to prevent feather pecking and also to foil egg eaters.
