Really quicky question
« on: October 11, 2008, 08:04 »
We are spending the day in the garden.Veg patch is being dug over and the farmyard/mushroom compost put down.
Is it ok to plant the onion sets and garlic in the new manureor should i not put it on that area?
Got my wellies on and ready to go for a lovely day.

No problems.

Stuff to avoid are things like carrots & parsnips as they will fork in freshly manured ground.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
