dont know if this is of any use to anyone, but the mirror are giving away free seeds - all you have to do is collect the tokens, send them away and pay the postage! if your interested see the link below -

just had a look today in the paper and it says there are 50 varieties of seeds to choose from, but you can only order a max of 15 packets per household, which will cost you £1.95 postage, which i think is a very good price. luckily for me my nan buys the paper every dayand shes saving me the tokens, so in a fortnight all i will have to send away is £1.95 for 15 packets of seeds of my choice. :D

It is cheap but you have to be buying the paper anyway or its no good...

yeh but if you know someone who already buys the paper (my nan in my case) ask them to save the tokens for you!

There is a nice chap who reads the Mirror and YES I can have his tokens.
 At £1.96 P&P it's a very good deal 8)

Hi, Has anyone here recived their seeds yet, my neighbour kindly passed on the vouchers and where duly sent away, but not had anything yet  :(

anybody had any luck ?

My in laws get the Mirror daily so they saved me all the ocupons. I sent them away as soon as I had the full set and not had anything back as yet  :(

i was at a carboot the other week and i got talking to a lady and she said she was having the same problem with the mirror free seed offer, ive also just looked on their website on the free seeds page and if you look at the bootom there are alot of comments  >:( - basically saying the same as us. i.e is it a scam why are they taking so long to arrive.

Anyway, ive just emailed them expressing my concerns (but someone on the mirror webste said hes already done this but they have not responded), so only time will tell. ???

I sent off my tokens on 21/3.

The ad said allow up to 28 days for delivery, but may take longer if large demand for them.

It's now 38 days and still no show, mirror website is useless,no help at all.

According to the website, seeds are on the way, Last comment from the editor, today.

it says that the closing date was 21st march, and to allow 28 days from that date for delivery - so people should have started to recieve theirs by now - but they havent >:(

My free seeds have just arrived,unfortunately is to late for most of them this year.

Sow by date is 2015 so ok for next year,I had 45 various packets(mine+2 daughters)

I think they are ok for just cost of p+p,shame about the delay in receiving them,no

explanation why,just a note to say thanks for taking part,and continue to in further

giveaways.

In the T&Cs it says to allow 28 days from the close of the offer to receive your seeds, but...

"In exceptional circumstances, if requests exceed expected amounts, the delivery of seeds may take longer than 28 days.".

At least you received them in the end. :)

Mine turned up today.  All good quality seeds, and most of mine are still ok to be planted, just a little later than usual.

Looks like they got a move on over the bank hol weekend, mine arrived today,
 All Suttons packet seeds not the 'Mirror' branded packets in the adverts. At least the arrived
