Preparing a table bird
« on: October 21, 2011, 15:01 »
Having dispatched our first table bird this morning (I needed a strong coffee to settle my nerves afterwards!!) I've been searching the web to make sure we (my hubby) butchered it correctly and came across the following very detailed site.

http://foodwaterandfire.ludlowsurvivors.com/chickenkill.html

Not to be viewed whilst eating !!
