how cute- lets hope the interest continues- animals are very good for children to be with!
3 dogs, 8 chickens, 4 rabbits 2 guinea pigs, 10 quail, 2 fish and a demanding daughter who has gone to uni and left me with 29 animals to care for!!=)

It's great to see your children involved in discovering where food comes from. Only good can come of this.

Thanks for the comments peeps :) He loves his 'chick chicks' very much. My wife has allergies to dogs and cats so we decided on practical pets when the boy came along and now we could not  be without them. The eggs are a lovely bonus to a fab family interest.
