raspberry cane question please

Hi all,
      Today my daughter and i were down the lottie and i was tying up my raspberry canes,when i noticed what can only be discribed as orange dots on some of the leaves,almost like rust,is this some thing i should be worried about or just take off the leaves with it on.

any help would be much appreciated
