Good afternoon everyone,  Dau Gauk!  A VERY long type of bean, otherwise known as Cowpea.  Beans just gone in so fingers crossed.  Cheers.  Tony/

Hi Tony

I'm keen to grow these (for the black eye peas) where did you get them please? Just looking online and can only find one supplier - Amazon have them but they're v expensive!

thanks
G

Good morning Gleavo,
sorry about the time taken to respond.  How about trying a health food shop?  They are usually bursing with all types of beans. :)
Cheers,  Tony.

You can sometimes find black-eyed peas in the dried bean section of the grocery, and these should produce seedlings / a crop unless they have been treated so they don't germinate.

Probably not - they're likely to have been heat treated to seal the tin etc.!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
