Title: New Apple Tree

I have just planted a pot bound apple tree with apples forming. I want to keep them and not drop off due to it being pot bound with a constrained root system. What feed can I give it so it can support the growth of the apples to maturity? Thanks.

I'd give it some liquid tomato food for the best chance of carrying the fruit it's got, but it will naturally drop some if it can't support them.
