Title: Chilli Jam

Has anyone got a receipe for Chilli Jam or a Chilli preserve of some description.

I have  errr well a glut is a bit of an understatement.  8lbs of 7 different varieties.

You can appreciate my problem?

It is on my list of things to make!  Think it will be great for my Christmas hampers.  Loving making things that you can't buy in the shop.  I have made teh hot and spicy red pepper relish from the book adn can't wait to try that in a couple of weeks.

I made a batch the other week and used yellow habenero chillies that had been frozen with green peppers from around the allotment and cider vinegar. It came out lovely and clear, more like a Chilli Jelly and pale orange in colour.
