Have you thought of taking her to agility/obedience classes Joy?  I had a collie x terrier who needed lots of stimulation, she ate her way through the front door via the letter box once and through a partition wall, so I took her to classes and she loved it and her behaviour changed almost immediately :)

What breed are you going for? A pest controller friend of mine is breeding his Lakeland x Border and is gifting me a puppy  :D

You lucky person! :D My avatar is of our rescue mixed Terrier, no-one is positive what he was but we think from size and temperament Airedale x Parson Jack. Unfortunately he couldn't beat with me on the shoot OH used to help run as he was frightened of the sound of gunshot, but he was a great ratter on the farm.

I love the Parson Jacks, Lakelands, Patterdales..haven't decided... its not for just yet anyway :D We have a lively Border Collie at the moment who gets miles of walks every day and all the freedom of our house and garden she wants for most of the day otherwise.

My lab-something-cross was basically a rescue. Can't believe I got yet another lab that's afraid of water! But she's shown me what job she's good for - house alarm and keeping many of the squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits out of my veg garden when she's outside. She's also excellent at finding all sticks and twigs in the yard - primarily so I can throw them for her :D

This is Loki (Loki is the god of mischief...) Loki is 13 weeks old and also belongs to my eldest.

And this little cutie is Bo.  Bo is a 5 week old Bull Mastiff and will belong to my other daughter when she's old enough to leave mum.  :)

awww, thanks for taking the time to post the piccies. How lovely
small, Welsh and almost certainly bonkers, but can be tamed with Talisker, if required

Here is Mili, you will have to take my word for it that it is Mili, she likes to steal the dog biscuits when she can

Better the cat than kids stealing dog food. When my boys were both in their 1-2 year span, they adored eating dry dog food. They'd race the poor dog for the dish when we set it down, no matter where we placed it. Or they'd chase the kibble the dog dropped and eat that  :tongue2: Thankfully they grew out of that  :D

A brilliant piccie Pamela.

I had a 'wish I had a camera with me' moment when I was out on my walk this afternoon. There was a small dog lazing on the patio of a house not far from where I live and its companion dog was sitting on top of it giving it a good wash - looked so funny.  :)

As soon as Mili hears the bedroom door open she is in like a flash to see if she can get into the dog food bag  We used to keep the bag of food in the hallway but had to move it as Mili was always in the bag.  One day she was making dreadful noises, scared me, she had a biscuit stuck in the roof of her mouth, silly cat.  Even the dogs donīt go down the bag, just Mili.
