Chicken korma with rice.
Are these ready meals GG ?

Finally having been the missing item on 4 previous shopping deliveries ...... I have some lambs liver.

Liver and onions, mash and cabbage tonight  :tongue2: I'm absolutely shatter lately, hopefully a decent meal will pick me up a bit, although I suspect it will actually lead to a snooze on the sofa  ::)  :nowink:

Yes. I get them from Waitalot and, although it's not one of my favourites as the sauce is a bit runny, it's good value. I love their cottage pie and tuna pasta bake. I can cook but lose the will to live at the end of the day. Do my own veg and pots though.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I feel much the same of late and have been considering the ready meals as a quick fix.

Yesterdays liver was sadly disappointing nothing but trimmings and tubes. Always a risk with liver but it was particularly bad  :(  I did leave some for tonight but I think Max can have it instead,  I'll finish the bean casserole with the leftover mash.

I've got mince defrosting, probably turn it into a chilli.... inspiration is lacking today  ::)

Inspiration of lacking everyday, so it often finishes up a marmite sandwich with either some cheese or lettuce inside it.    Mrs B

There a chicken and tarragon, with a creamy  sauce in the slow cooker, 6 hours on low, put the cream an tarragon dumplings in and an hour on high.  50 minutes to go!

Time for pasta as I've done a lot of mash recently. Either mac and cheese or tuna pasta bake.

A couple of small chicken thighs are defrosting (they are stuck together so couldn't separate them !)
Haven't decided what to do with them yet, though  ::)

Himself had the leftover beef hotpot from Saturday so I had a …shock, horror frozen ready meal-lasagne, it was ok but very runny but was helped by a goodly amount of grated cheese added to it & browned, served with some perennial brassicas, supposed to be kale, but was more psb & a little cauliflower looking head and lots of the leaves. Think my iron levels will be up tomorrow  :nowink:

Lamb leg steaks, spicy couscous, a cabbage salad (thinly shredded and left to sit awhile in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning) and some yogurt.
