Hm pizza with chorizo and garlic sausage.  Meat feast I suppose. Quick meal   as I've done an extra day at work  after spending yesterday running around doing 'odd jobs' for those that can't be bothered to do for themselves, like going to the dump etc. (and yes, I do mean you FIL)!

For me bolognaise ftf with pasta & added in chorizo as a pasta bake with mozzarella & cheddar on top in the air fryer- it needs a bit of practice , for him fish put ftf with baked beans

I'm going to attempt a spag bol tonight but, if I don't manage it all, I'll heat the rest up tomorrow.

Gastro lemon/pepper fish, with peas & tomatoes and I may even treat myself to a few chips

Baked plaice, lyonnaise potatoes- anyone struggling with getting potatoes to cook through and evenly! This last 2 weeks they just aren’t cooking ! Peas & carrots
