realseeds only grow veg they have grown and eaten themselves in a garden rather than produce for mass market so you know they do waht it says on the tin.

If you need quality seeds in quantity, you won't beat Moles Seeds.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Premier seeds direct on ebay. Most are 99p and you pay the same postage wether you order 1 pack or 100.

I get a lot of mine from DT Brown  ;)
They seem to sell the basic seed varieties rather than the fancy ones, but they've always been ok and they're p&p free  :)

I've looked at Moles Seeds and I'm confused as they seem to sell by weight.
How many French bean seeds do you get for 100g?
I have my own cement mixer and not afraid to use it!!

For each seed, you'll see a link to "Technical Information'.

For example with French Beans:

http://www.molesseeds.co.uk/flower_and_vegetable_seed_store_uk/Products_Dwarf_French_Bean_309.html

This link will tell you that there's 2,000 per kilo.

So 100g will give you 200.

I've used http://www.laurasorganics.co.uk/ and http://www.seedsbypost.co.uk/.   I couldn't find any faults with them but I wouldn't expect them to be the cheapest.

I would second Premier Seeds on ebay and also DT Brown. They're my two favourite suppliers, with very keen prices, good quality and fast delivery. Between the two of them they've got just about everything I've ever needed and they're way cheaper than most other suppliers.

No-one has mentioned Garden Organic yet, not the cheapest but good quality. I've been getting my main veg seed, seed potato and onion stocks from there for a few years. I also use Premier Seeds quite regularly but don't always find they have what I want in stock.

For small quantities I use www.moreveg.co.uk for the normal packet amounts then Plants of Distinction.

They have a reasonable number of varieties for what I want.

Have used Bargain Seeds who trade under 2 other names, this seems to be the one they use on Amazon and under the other names I would have had to create an account with passwords and assorted details which for 2 packs of onion seed seemed pointless.

The cheapest for garlic quantity wise on ebay don't seem to be specific about the variety, I'd beware.  I'm going for Suttons.

Real Seeds are my favourite, certainly.  The variety is outstanding and attention to detail/honesty regarding yields is reassuring.

For 'basic' requirements ('boltardy' beetroot, 'green bush' courgettes, etc) I use DT Brown as they have free postage which is obviously a nice change online.
