My onions have grey spores on them ?

They have been drying on racks for a few weeks but some have grey mould forming on the skins, should I wipe it off with a bleach cloth ?

I'd just pull the skins off that look suspect. Sounds as if your drying conditions are not very dry

Hi, they are drying in my shed, the problem was they were so wet in the ground because we had so much rain in Cardiff over the last month.

Have you got nowhere you can put them actually in the sun to dry..it would help a lot
