I used vegetableseeds.net last year and I must say I was well impressed with the germination rate of all the seeds that I bought.

I use them. In fact I have one of their blogs, so I get vouchers and therefore most of my seeds are free

They're pretty good. Not a massive choice, but quick delivery and some decent staples.
