How do i get the chicken of the egg?

You can lift her off or just put your hand under her and take the egg.  When you lift your hen make sure you pick her up gently but securely.  It helps to have her wings secure at her sides instead of loose so she can flap.   

I just slip my hand underneath her.  She might grump a but, but usually they will let me remove the eggs no problems.
