I am in the process of getting the ground ready for planting, what is the best things to plant at this time of the year.

Do you think it's still ok the put manure down now?

When is the best time to planting late and early potatoes and winter veg?

any advice will be greatful

Try the Diaries link at top LH of this page.  Potatoes of all kinds are planted in Mar/Apr timeframe so too late for this year.  Salad stuff, coriander, herbs are okay
