Hello,

I am looking to buy a peach espalier (or one I can train) for the gable end of my greenhouse. Its 8ft wide and just over 8ft to the ridge (see far end of attached pic). Has anyone grown a peach in a similar location and have any advice on rootstock, variety and suppliers. It would be planted into a raised bed.

Beechgrove grew a peregrine peach on wires - you could look at the relevant fact sheets online.

i can't really help as i'm new to fruit growing altogether. but i have been looking into pruning and training and most people say that stoned fruit don't like being trained in espalier fashion. for this reason i think i'm training all my fruit in a fan.

I was going to suggest Fan training too.

I grew a peregrine as a fan against the gable end of an 8' x 12' green house it did fine , hand pollinated every spring

I have peach Rochester arriving soon from RV Rogers (Krymsk 86 rootstock).  Would you recommend fan/espalier for that too?  In huge pot or planted into the raised bed?
