I was given this squash seedling and it looks in good condition apart from the veins on the first leaves, is this a virus? I don’t want to infect my other squash

That’s a healthy plant. Just check the weather before it goes out. We have had some very cold nights here.

Looks fine to me.  Have you been hardening it off outside during the day?  I'd suggest doing that for a week or 10 days before planting out completely.

I agree with everyone else, just don't be too anxious to get it outside.  Often squash plants are  a bit tender, so check the weather ahead for cold nights, and don't plant it out until things warm up a bit.  You could protect it with a large plastic bottle "cloche" initially if you have one, just to give it a bit of protection.
