what are they please

I bought these as plugs possibly for hanging baskets. I've lost the label and I have no idea what they are or what they are suitable for. Help please.

They look like some sort of petunia. There are a few around that commonly appear in plug plant ranges - Surfinias, tiny tunias, the Fanfare range and Tumbelinas (these have double flowers).
