Title: At last...
Post by: Optimistic Gardener on May 23, 2012, 09:10
Finally managed to get out in the greenhouse last night for a couple of hours and plant up the cucumber, 3 pepper plants and 3 tomato plants with some spares at the ready just in case.  It felt sooo good to be out there until 9pm; 22 degrees inside even at that time of night.  It's the first chance I've had to get into the greenhouse when the weather has been warm enough to risk putting out my cucumber and toms.  Last year was my first year with the greenhouse and I remember it was fully planted out by beginning of May, not the end of May!!!!

Couldn't resist popping out there this morning with my cuppa in my slippers to see how they had fared overnight - all is looking good..... :tongue2:

:) That sounds blissful! It is so lovely to start seeing things coming to fruition. I spent nearly the whole of today potting up stuff and still more to do! Had to do it in the blazing sun though. The cool of the evening sounds far nicer!
