My strawberries are fantastic - (one of the few things that are!) but they have grown so much that the 3 rows I had have all mergedand there are some fruits that are not seeing the light of day  and I was wondering if I should cut off some of the leave to allow light onto some of the fruit

Must admit I've cut some of the leaves off mine

I always cut the leaves a lot of the leaves of mine so they can see the sun and get more rain water on them, have done this for three years with no ill effect.  Lets a bit of air circulation in as well.
