here's where we've got to so far, although I have now painted the stand green too.   Next stage is to add on a fixed run for extra security

We already have a run we add on to our existing house which will then be attached to the fixed run as we do now when we're not there for them to free range.

They are taking a while to adjust, yesterday no one layed in the nest boxes but there were two hens in there when I left for work this morning so maybe today we'll have eggs

They haven't sussed the perches yet either so may need help there or some slight adjustments

The back door of the stand is hinged so we can hang their food underneath when the run is in place
