We had hm pizza tonight with a sourdough base, so vaguely on the same culinary theme, but not half as exotic sounding.  Basic topping of tomato sauce and mozzarella as I am not a fan of pizza loaded up with ‘stuff’

Finished off the pork mince with pasta and tomato sauce, it should have tasted better than it did. I expect next weeks meals with be somewhat odd as I really want to empty and defrost the freezer as some of the stuff in there is getting on a bit.  There's the other vegan quiche for tonight with a nuked spud and probably some beans unless I can be bother to do cauli cheese.

Dunno on tonight’s score sheet as I’m out for an afternoon tea diy with my DIL, her mum, sister,gran, the grandchildren & my daughter all round at theirs at 2pm, with  everyone taking something! So probably won’t want much when I get back, probably leftovers

Hm fish pie with a mash top and lots of veg inside the filling.  Just needed something green on the plate to set it off, so decided on broccoli.

The left-over marinated pork ribs from last night with my OH's cottage pie base, some small potatoes, and leeks in cream.

Lump of piggy shoulder in the slow cooker.  Feels like it's been ages since I did a proper roast pork dinner.

Spiced  pork ribs, not my choice but I'll  put up with it.   I don't know what he's planning with it but it's lovely to have him home and I'll leave him to fiddle.
