Cooking properly

I must start doing cooking this winter.    What is the best diced beef to use in a crock-pot (slow cooker).  Thank you, and any other help much appreciated.    Mrs Bouquet

Yup, it'll be a joint, but will melt in the mouth after two or three hours!

The slow cooking makes even the cheaper diced beef edible, so I wouldn't worry about it too much  :nowink:
