Fajita spices
« on: November 05, 2013, 13:16 »
I want to try a recipe and it calls for a spoonful of fajita spices, I have loads of bottles of spices so do not want to go out and buy any more. Does anyone know what combination of spices I can use?

Thankyou  for the link, I do not have garlic powder so will just add some garlic to the recipe.

I'd add a little ground coriander too, when making up my own fajita spice mix. :)

Can pickling spices be used more than once?
