Hot and spicy chicken strips with vegetable rice, Raspberry yoghurt

I made bread today, and saved some dough for a pizza tonight

Smoked haddock risotto topped with a poached egg

Roast pork with a tray bake of plot spuds, beetroots and some bought carrots.

Also had the last of the plot sweetcorn.

Void of inspiration tonight so I used the last can of tuna in a pasta bake.  At least tomorrow is Friday and a no-brainer.

Just had a lovely dinner Baked Sea Bass with spicy bread crumbs few chips and peas, pineapple and ice cream

I've taken out what I hope is beef mince to do a cottage pie and finish off the cabbage.

I've some bacon to use up, probably do something with it and some pasta

H/M Chilli con carne with pilua rice and 1/2 a baghette NO pud tonight

 Fish,chips& mushy peas, peas from a tin, hm oven chips & fish baked in the oven…so all healthy 
Not sure on pud, mos5 likely fruit & yogurt for me & a ice cream on a stick for him (forgot the name of them lol)

Twongos had some Greek flatbreads on offer, so I'm having an Athenian Pizza with Pepperoni, Mozarella etc'., plus a huge Shirley...

Stir-fry with some of the leftover roast pork from Thursday night and rice.

Pork chop with all the trimmings, raspberry and apple crumble yoghurt or ice cream

Meatballs ftf with pasta leftovers from yesterday, salad bowl on the side.

Also leftovers  - carrots going with it today as I didn't really leave enough cabbage for a sensible serving yesterday.
