After moving my (frozen fruit) rhubarb and sultana wine from the bin to demijohns I now have another wine experiment that I have started today, apricot jam and raisin wine.
The jam is in the bin with boiling water, citric acid and pectin for 24 hours at the moment.

soaked the chopped raisins in boiling water and added to the bin, when cool later on i'll add the yeast and nutrient.
