Chili ideas

Hi all! Got a glut of chili's and need recipies (for storing in the larder!)!! My only tried and tested recipie is Thai Chili Sauce which I posted here a while ago, any ideas?? Frozen lots already!!!!

String them up and dry them and use to make chilli oil!!!

Thats a good one! will try that. Any runny sauce recipies that I can preserve and stick in the larder?

Glad I saw this post as I also have rather a lot of chillis. First time for growing them, in fact first time for growing anything!!

Will take a look at your sauce recipe Biscombe and also have a go at drying some.
