I have the following
A spider plant quite big probably two joined together
Two cacti
Another plant which has a big bulbous base and I think starts with b
Anway we shut 24th Dec until 5th Jan - should these all be ok.  I would guess so any types?

Just give them a drop of water before you leave, then they'll be fine  ;)

If the office lights are out, place them nearer some natural light but not on the window-sill in case it gets unusually hot and stresses the plants.

When you get back, why not split the spider plant? (Or even take it with you over the hols?)

Have a good one!

Will swap root cuttings etc

What sort of temperature will the unoccupied office fall to (particularly if we get a cold snap)?

Water-wise they will be fine (it will help if you water them last-thing before you go), and even if little light it won't hurt for a couple of weeks, especially if temperature somewhat reduced.

I am not sure what temperature the office will fall to, but as it is in central London I think it should be above freezing.
Good point about the light.

I tried to split a spider plant last year and I killed it so now I am scared to.

Is the on beginning with B a bromeliad? Anyway, as said they should be fine.
