May have been mentioned elsewhere but at 6.30 this evening on a beautiful warm sunny evening I heard a familiar and very much welcomed sound of a pair of swallows over our house. The twittered noisily to each other and twisted round catching what was a good amount of flying insects tonight. My heart soared with them . Bless em. They've arrived a day before last year and the weather looks as though it will be fine for the week. Whoohoo.
