I think it's a bit early but if you can keep them under cover but in the light they may be OK. You can always plant some more later if they're not.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Won't be doing mine for another month.

Have done them this early before, but there are no bees about to pollinate the flowers so have to do it with a paintbrush, so now wait till March and plant out late April.

I sow my beans in May they germinate and grow very fast, so otherwise one just gets an entangled mess of intertwined foliage, that's impossible to handle  and does more damage to separate them, than any use.

I wouldn't even think of doing my beans yet and I'm very south.  I wait until at least April to start them in the GH before planting them out in May.  Anyway far too busy this time of year thinking about making room for pots and onion sets.

might get away with runners and dwarf beans this early if you're going to grow them undercover, but i'd say its far too early if you intend to grow outdoors.
If it wasn't for chemicals we'd be organic.

Its my second year, I saved my own seeds last year but, as I didn't save the original packets I've had to hit the reference books as I'm unsure when to sow them!

You are about 4 weeks ahead of me as I sow mine around the 3rd week of March. The problem you will face is the weather is likely to be far too cold for them outside so they will need 2ltr pots and moving inside outside every day unless you have a greenhouse.

Most people think I do mine too early but so far I've got away with it.
