Watering can rose.
« on: May 06, 2017, 11:56 »

In my shed I must have a dozen watering can rose perforated discs,  due to the 'rubber' mounting/body turning from green to blue green and perishing.  Does anyone have an idea of a rose that doesn't perish but can by pushed onto the spout of different watering cane?

Cheers,  Tony.

Such watering cans are fairly easy to come by, so I would recall. All plastic or all metal. I think.

I have been known to use silicon sealant round the edge of the sprinkler disc to cure the ones which insist on dripping instead of spraying - not had one made from anything perishable for some time, although the plastic ones do eventually split, especially if left outside in all weathers.
