I just aquired some new ducks and when the were swimming in the bath i notice that the male had a thing hanging from underneath, i assumed it was poo and tried to wipe it off and as i pulled it came out pink looked like it was connected from the inside not very nice. i was wonderin if any1 knew wot this was and wether it is still able to reproduce HELP!!!

it may be but it was brown and it looks lyk duck poo and surely if it looks the way it does it wont work properly

not quite managed to see ours just yet as 'steve' seems a bit shy so i cant comment  first hand, as it were, experience - however, i would think W.G is about spot on  :D

Normally we'd ask for piccies to be posted.  In this case, perhaps not.

Take a look on http://campus.murraystate.edu/academic/faculty/terry.derting/cva_atlases/canduck/reproduck.htm but NOTE - it contains photographs of a dissected bird.  Avoid if squeamish.

May not help much since it shows internal rather than external pictures.

well i've looked on google and it is its penis. its had a thing called a prolapse which means that it is hanging out when it shouldn't be but thanks for the help
