i have a plot that i had potatoes in last year i was thinking of sowing green manure on it this spring and not digging it up to the following spring , can any of you think of what type  of green manure would be best for this and where is the a good store to buy seed from many thanks

I bought birdsfoot trefoil from Premier Seeds Direct (eBay) but seeds are widely available.
